Thursday-Friday, January 8-9, 2015

NDSU Memorial Union

Orientation Schedule
 (PDF)

An orientation fee of $75 USD* will be charged to your NDSU student account after your arrival.  This fee helps to provide a variety of services during the orientation, including: airport pick-up, transportation to events, meals, and activities.

*This fee is non-refundable if you arrive late and miss orientation, as your international student advisor will need to provide a custom overview of all necessary information and processes you missed.

Immunizations

Immunization screening is also required and must be completed on-campus at NDSU's Student Health Services after arrival. This appointment must be scheduled before the end of the first week of classes.   Please note that documentation of previous a tuberculosis (TB) immunization from outside the United States and Canada is not accepted.

To prepare for this requirement, please Schedule an Immunization Appointment online in advance. Please do this as soon as possible so that you obtain a time.  REMINDER:  Your insurance reimbursement does not begin until January 1, 2015 so do not choose a date before January 1st. Additionally, REQUIRED International Student Orientation is Thursday, January 8th and Friday, January 9th. Do NOT schedule appointments that conflict with required orientation. More information about this requirement is available under Immunizations
